Waste to Energy Systems produce electricity, pay for themselves and NOTHING goes to a landfill. Systems designed for curbside trash (MSW), sewage and biomass.

We have more than 300 Systems & Technologies, many of which require manufacturing facilities, will create new, good-paying jobs in our Sustainable Communities.

The Senior Living & Veterans Housing Campus provides living units that are in big demand across the country, and creates new, good-paying jobs.

Organic Farming of produce and livestock cost-effectively provides food to our Sustainable Community and the surrounding communities.

Our Homes and Commercial Buildings are designed to be the most energy efficient available today and coupled with other "natural" incentives, total cost of ownership is greatly reduced.

Cost-effective Utility Scale Energy Storage Systems provide the "missing link" to Renewable Energy production.

Current Projects & Strategic Development

Listed here are a few of our most exciting projects. There are many more under consideration throughout the United States and internationally.

Citrus County, Florida Sustainable Community

A 1,750 acre sustainable community located 60 miles north of Tampa and 20 miles to the Gulf of Mexico. Acquisition of a local utility company (water, sewer & trash) will serve as the initial environmental component to process all wastes so that nothing goes into a landfill or the county sewer system. In fact, we intend to process the existing landfill so the local government can reclaim the land!

Renewable energy production will provide 100% of the community's energy needs, making this a truly "off-grid" community. Since this is Florida, of course there's a golf course! Many of our organic farming technology products apply... stormwater runoff will actually have a beneficial impact on the water table!

Marion County, South Carolina Sustainable Community

A 3,000 acre sustainable community located 50 miles from Myrtle Beach and 20 miles from Interstate 95. A recent, extensive market study has determined this area to be a prime location for development. Our Community will surround Carolina Entertainment - a 250 acre complex with a 20,000 seat amphitheater, race track and RV facilities. In addition to all of our sustainable community components, plans include a resort with an indoor water park, equestrian center and indian gaming. FEMA has also designated the area as an emergency evacuation center.

The rich soil of the "South Carolina Bays" are perfect for our organic farming enterprise, and will serve as the initial hub for the Green Jobs Alliance of South Carolina - a public/private partnership to create new, good paying "green jobs" and to provide the course curricula via onsite and distance learning (using EcoSocionet).

Niagara Falls Airport, New York

With the opening of the new terminal on September 2, 2009, the old terminal will undergo a "green rehab" including wind turbines, renewable materials and a new tenant, the Bell Helicopter Museum. Other airport facilities will be asessed to determine which of our other technologies can "gereen-up" the airport.

Canadian Motor Speedway, Ontario, Canada

A 660 acre oval and road course complex with research & development facilities for electric vehicles and fuel efficiency. Energy and waste independence technologies will be asessed to be integrated into the complex.
