Waste to Energy Systems produce electricity, pay for themselves and NOTHING goes to a landfill. Systems designed for curbside trash (MSW), sewage and biomass.
We have more than 300 Systems & Technologies, many of which require manufacturing facilities, will create new, good-paying jobs in our Sustainable Communities.

Our Homes and Commercial Buildings are designed to be the most energy efficient available today and coupled with other "natural" incentives, total cost of ownership is greatly reduced.
Cost-effective Utility Scale Energy Storage Systems provide the "missing link" to Renewable Energy production.
Green Jobs & Training
Our Sustainable Communities will create thousands of new, good paying primary and secondary jobs. Many will be "green" jobs and many will be in traditional industries.
Our manufacturing facilities will create skilled labor, management and administrative positions; and our Senior Living facilities will create health care positions. While these components of our communities are being built, we will provide training to the local unemployed and under-employed to ensure a specifically-trained workforce is ready to fill the positions as soon as thay are available.
EcoSocionet is a critical method to provide anytime, anywhere training and education to the future employees for their convenience. Traditional classroom training will also be offered under partnerships with local colleges and universities.
In addition, we are in the process of establishing Green Jobs Alliance offices in several states, under partnership with the Alabama Green Jobs Alliance. GJA is a public/private agency comprised of members from the local business community and the local, state and federal governments.
The Alabama Green Jobs Alliance model will be established in South Carolina, Florida and Nevada in conjunction with our Regional Offices.
Green Jobs Alliance Mission
To coordinate the resourcing, training, and associated support for the development
of an evolving energy efficiency and renewable energy industries workforce in
Alabama with a goal of economic independence for individual workers, including
those who seek a pathway out of poverty.
Green Jobs Alliance Purpose
With thousands of Alabamians out of work, the Alliance is presented with a unique
opportunity to assist in assembling an education and training infrastructure that will
create jobs in our economy, help our citizens become more energy efficient, and
protect our environment—all at the same time.
Through a collaborative effort with our partners, we are laying the foundation for
establishing one of Alabama’s first partnerships as required by the Green Jobs Act
to provide education, training and job placement to thousands of Americans.
To provide education and training, the Alliance has brought together an extensive
and tested network of existing training partners.
Our initial focus is to establish the infrastructure necessary to implement the Green
Jobs Act, that will educate and train individuals in areas of energy efficiency and
renewable energy, including our military veterans and those seeking a pathway out
